Property Management Operations Accountant
We are looking for an experienced accountant with a strong property management background. The individual in this position is the primary liaison between the Accounting and Operations departments. The person in this position oversees the accounting aspects of the company's property management activities, including use and implementation of the Yardi software program, management of property accounting procedures, and daily accounting support of the site staff. The individual in this position must be well organized and effectively able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. This person must be deadline oriented and have several years experience with training facilitation. A Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and/or Finance or additional years of work in property management accounting is required in additon to advanced skills in MS Excel and property management accounting software; Yardi knowledge preferred.

Director of Maintenance
The individual in this position has responsibility for oversight of capital improvements for a portfolio of affordable and conventional housing units. The Director of Maintenance works closely with the Director(s) of Operations to ensure capital projects are in line with plans and budgetary allowances for each property. This individual is also responsible for assisitng in the hiring, training and evaluaton of the entire maintenance staff. A minimum of 3 years experience in supervising the maintenance operations for residential or commercial properties is required for candidates for this position.

Regional Manager of Operations
The individual in this position has responsibility for oversight of multiple residential properties totaling approximately 600 units of affordable and conventional housing. This individual is accountable for staff supervision and development, property management and maintenance, resident recruitment, retention, and satisfaction, and development and implementation of short- and long-term objectives that reflect those of the overall organization.

Maintenance Supervisor
Baltimore area residential community seeking experienced individual with universal HVAC certification for supervisory maintenance position. Minimum of 3 years experience in apartment unit maintenance and turn over required. Reliable transportation and own tools a must. Full time position with competitive benefits package.
