Office Manager
The individual in this position is responsible for supervising office activities to achieve maximum expense control and productivity. The Office Manager is accountable for the supervision, training, and performance management of the administrative support staff, as well as developing and implementing procedures and policies for office activities and projects.This indiviudal is expected to be extremely organized and proactive; the position requires the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure. A two-year degree and a minimum of three years of full-time office management experience required; must also have an advanced skill level in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Strong customer service background preferred.
Regional Manager of Operations
The individual in this position has responsibility for oversight of multiple residential properties totaling approximately 600 units of affordable and conventional housing. This individual is accountable for staff supervision and development, property management and maintenance, resident recruitment, retention, and satisfaction, and development and implementation of short- and long-term objectives that reflect those of the overall organization.
Maintenance Floater
The individual in this position is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing appliances, air conditioning, heating, electrical, and plumbing systems installed in or pertinent to the property; working knowledge of repairs for HVAC, electrical, vacant unit turnover, plumbing, carpentry and small and large appliances required. This person is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the entire property in an attractive and safe condition. The Maintenance Floater performs maintenance tasks as needed in accordance with organizational policy and procedure. The individual must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, own tools, and be available on a rotating 24/7 on-call basis.
