Property Manager – Glenncrest
3600 B Street, S.E. Washington, DC
Individual with 5+ years of property management experience desired for tax credit property in SE Washington, DC for 200+ units on a split-site. COS and/or tax credit experience preferred. DCHA or other state housing agency experience helpful. Strong lease-up experience desired.Full-time position. EOE.

Maintenance Floater – Capitol Gateway
and all DC Locations
Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the entire property in an attractive and safe condition. Work with Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager to establish and maintain logs of work performed, equipment serviced, vendor/contractor services, etc. Assist Maintenance Supervisor in the development and training of Porters and Maintenance Technicians.Communicate maintenance issues as well as recommendations for resolution to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager. The individual must have reliable transportation, own tools, and be available on a rotating 24/7 on-call basis. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years of apartment maintenance experience. Universal HVAC certification

Leasing Consultant – Capitol Gateway

The individual in this position will have overall responsibility for leasing affordable apartments in accordance with company policies and procedures. Individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming and professional impression appropriate for the image of the property. Must have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with a wide range of people. Minimum two (2) years of full-time leasing experience. Strong customer service background preferred. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows preferred.

Leasing Consultant – Wheeler Creek
