District Manager
The individual in this position has responsibility for oversight of multiple properties totaling approximately 800-1,000 units of affordable and conventional housing as well as some commercial property oversight. Functional responsibilities include oversight of leasing, marketing, facilities, and fiscal and resident management. This individual is accountable for staff supervision and development, property management and maintenance, resident recruitment, retention, and satisfaction, and development and implementation of short- and long-term objectives that reflect those of the overall organization. The portfolio for which this individual is responsible is anticipated to increase by approximately one commercial or residential property per 12 to 18 months.
Assistant Property Manager - Floating
Individual has overall responsibility for the leasing of available units in accordance with federal, state, and local laws as well as company policies and procedures. Individual will assist in measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs and in conducting and reporting periodic market surveys. Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Property Manager in emergency situations. Individual must be detail oriented and able to work well independently; strong organizational skills required. When required, individual should be able to live on-site, otherwise reliable transportation is required.

Maintenance Supervisor – Orleans Square

The person in this position troubleshoots and repairs appliances, air conditioning, heating, electrical, and plumbing systems installed in or pertinent to the property; working knowledge of repairs for HVAC, electrical, vacant unit turnover, plumbing, carpentry and small and large appliances required. This person is responsible for maintaining the entire property in an attractive and safe condition. This individual performs maintenance tasks as needed in accordance with organizational policy and procedure. The individual must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, own tools, and be available on a rotating 24/7 on-call basis.
