This position manages and oversees the day-to-day administrative support activities for the Vice President of Development and the Vice President of Operations. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a high volume appointment schedule, providing a daily recap, and presenting critical path issues to both executives. A poised, confident and professional candidate that is accustomed to a fast paced environment will be successful in this role. It is preferred that the candidate will have supported multiple C-level executives simultaneously for at least five (5) years. The candidate should be able to handle a high-volume, of work and needs to be a quick learner, computer proficient and have the ability to multi-task while possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Outlook (including scheduling, task management and email filtering) Word and Excel software skills are essential for this individual to be successful. Experience with Project and Access is desired. The ability to manage up to their executives while being comfortable with varying work styles is required.

Assist Maintenance Supervisor in the development and training of Porters and Maintenance Technicians.Communicate maintenance issues as well as recommendations for resolution to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager. The individual must have reliable transportation, own tools, and be available on a rotating 24/7 on-call basis. High school diploma or equivalent.
